Every now and then our system will get bogged down with lots of users and cause errors in the Hyperphoto creation process. So usually the first thing to do is shut down your phone and restart it, and then try again in a few minutes. This should fix the issue.
If not, please write to email@example.com and send us a screen shot of the picture/s you're trying to create into Hyperphotos as well as a screen shot of the error message you're receiving at different times. This will help us pinpoint the issue.
Occasionally we'll run into a photo that our Augmented Reality algorithms can't recognize (these are usually very plain images without much going on in them. Our AR engine wouldn't be able to recognize a photo of a plain white wall for example because the App wouldn't know what it's looking at), but if this is happening to you consistently across many different photos and settings, then there's probably some error happening on our side. And in that case, please send us the screen shot as per the above so we can analyze.
