When I try to create a Hyperphoto, the app says: “Can’t Create Hyperphoto, Not Quality Enough”. What should I do?

While we support 90% of images for our Hyperphoto system, not every photo was destined for such glory. Sometimes a photo will not have enough unique characteristics to be created as a Hyperphoto. This can generally be solved by adding text, filters, stickers, or some other unique element to the photo. You can also select a different image from the same video by using the “Edit” button on your print screen.

If this doesn’t work, please contact us, sending us a screenshot of the picture(s) you're trying to create, as well as a screenshot of the error message you receive at different times. This will help us pinpoint the issue, and we may be able to help.
