The loading wheel for video keeps spinning but never loads. What can I do?

One of two things could be going on:

1. Our system is bogged down because of high traffic. This happens occasionally, and we’re working on a permanent fix. Right now, the issue usually resolves itself in about 10 minutes.
2. If you're in a place where the WiFi or cell reception is bad, this could cause a delay in playing the video. Please check your connection and try again. Because you're downloading a video from the internet to watch Hyperphoto, bandwidth and cell connection are factors.
