One of two things could be going on:
- Our system is bogged down because of high traffic. This happens occasionally, and we’re working on a permanent fix. Right now, the issue usually resolves itself in about 10 minutes.
- If you're in a place where the WiFi or cell reception is bad, this could cause a delay in playing the video. Please check your connection and try again. Because you're downloading a video from the internet to watch Hyperphoto, bandwidth and cell connection are factors.

Still not working! :-(
This is BS, this company used to be great and app easy to use. It's terrible now, crappy customer service, well non existing now and the app never works, all the videos are old and don't show the current buttons. I am UN RECOMMENDING this to everyone I told how much I loved it!
