I was a backer when the Lifeprint printer was on kickstarter. We were promised lifetime discount when purchasing on the lifeprint webstore. And although international shipping was not available then (Nov 2016), logistics for international shipping will be set up in a few weeks. It's Sep 2017 now, so it's been something like 45 weeks.
I just want to buy some paper, not available in the local Apple Store. And I will really like to enjoy the promised discount. I wrote to support asking about it, and I was told to wait for something to be arranged for me. I have now run out of paper entirely, still no news. What's going on?
