Here's how you reset your printer. It can solve a variety of hardware problems:
1) Turn on your printer
2) Find the reset button. To do this, look on the back of the printer and find the very small hole next to the ZINK logo. Directly to the right of the ZINK logo you'll see a small hole will a little circle logo below it.
3) Take a safety pin or some other small pin and press it inside that hole until your printer turns off.
4) Turn the printer back on and try again.
