My printer is jammed. What can I do?

If your printer is jammed with a photo that’s stuck and unable to print, it’s possible you inserted your film upside down. It’s ok! Don’t be too hard on yourself. When you insert the film, make sure the white side is facing up, and the ZINK/Lifeprint side is facing down. If you open the lid to your printer and see the ZINK/Lifeprint side facing up, your film is upside down, and you need to flip it.

Inserting the film upside down sometimes results in printing blank paper. In extreme cases, this can cause the printer to jam and suffer permanent damage. At this time, we don't have fixes for paper jams. If your printer jams please contact us and we will determine if your product is under warranty and issue a replacement as needed.
