Security is fine and all, but we, as a family got this printer to share. Like many others on iphone we use family sharing plans for just about everything. If my wife would like to print something she shouldn't need my phone to do so. Please rethink what users want instead in focusing on security. It's a printer! Not a creditcard!

Hey Manfred, your point is well taken. We're updating the App this quarter to allow for multiple users. We decided it was the right thing to do as well. But we're having to redo some of our coding to allow for this. The 2x3 photo printer already allows multiple users now, the 3x4.5 update will be coming within the next few months.

    Hi Robert.

Wow! That was quick. Awesome. Happy camper again. Many thanks! We indeed have the large one.

You bet :) As a short term solution, you might want to try using the same account to login. So you can both login to the same Lifeprint account from different phones on one shared account. This would make it easy to have all family members use the printer under one account. That would work in the short term until we have our permanent fix in the next few months.

"Your friends can share images to you via the Lifeprint App, "

How?! I would expect to tap on a photo in LifePrint then click a Share button, but instead I get a print dialogue. There's a 'Share with Friends' slider, but I don't want to post my photo to facebook or something ...

Hey Bruce, thanks for writing in. Glad to help here.

Here's the process for sharing photos with friends:

    1) First, you need to make sure you're both "Following" each other within the App. We only let you send photos to people you're connected with. This is so random strangers can't just send you images. You do this by going to the "Explore Page" and tapping on the "Search Bar", then select "People" and type in the Username of the person you want to follow.

    2) Once at that user's page, hit the "Follow" button. The recipient will receive a notification letting them know you're following them. From there, they can "Follow" you back. (It works just like Instagram).

    3) Once you're connected within the App, sharing is easy. Just hit the "Share with Friends" button when printing, select the person you want to print to, then hit print.

    4) The recipient will get a notification letting them know you've shared a photo with them and it's a simple 'right swipe' to print.

    5) You do not have to share to Instagram or Facebook when you select "Share with friends", you can easily skip those steps

Here's a video that should help as well. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VW7d-7_tJEs
