First, you need a Lifeprint printer that supports Wi-Fi capabilities. As of today, only the Lifeprint 3x4.5 printer supports WiFi Connection.
Once you have confirmed you have a 3x4.5 printer, just turn on your printer and connect to it via Bluetooth. Then, make sure that your phone is connected to the WiFi network in your home you wish to use. Currently, only 2.4Ghz connection points are supported. So, if you are connected to a 5GHz connection, please shift your phone WiFi connection to a 2.4Ghz connection point. Once this is done, open up the Lifeprint App and select the "Config" button on the Printer Utility Screen. An alert will pop-up asking for your permission to use your phone WiFi configuration. From there, the printer will then attempt to connect to WiFi. You will see the blue LED light on your printer flash, as it attempts to connect. Once a connection made, the light will turn solid blue, and you should have a drop-down notice indicating that the configuration has been successful. Keep in mind that, while your printer may be connected to WiFi, it will prefer to use the Bluetooth connection while that exists. The WiFi connection will kick in once your Bluetooth is no longer connected or in range.

Hi i cannot connect my printer to wifi in my home. My router is both 2.5 and 5. My wifi has a password. My Samsung S9+ phone is connected to wifi. But when I click "setup" I just get a blank screen with no network to close, shown in attachment. What can I do?
Hey Gregor, make sure when you connect to your WiFi on the phone, it is connected to the 2.4 GHZ WiFi connection. Not the 5G. If you connect to the 5G, it won't work properly.
Please follow the steps below:
1) Charge your Lifeprint
2) Turn on your Lifeprint and open the Lifeprint App
3) Make sure your phone is connected to the 2.4GHZ WiFi network in your home
4) Make sure your phone is connected to Lifeprint via Bluetooth
5) Once connected to your WiFi at home and Bluetooth to the printer, go to the "Print Settings" menu (the little printer icon in the top right corner) and then hit the Config/Setup button next to the WiFi connection. From there the App should walk you through final steps.
If you continue to have trouble, please contact support@lifeprintphotos.com to help with the rest.
Good luck!
My printer says it’s connected to a different wifi and not mine so how do I disconnect it to that different wifi and to mine
