    Hey Sean, we've had a few customers with this issue over the last week as our network has expanded rapidly, but we're making very good progress on increasing stability and have seen a really strong improvement even over the last 48 hours. This will not get worse in two weeks, it will get better. We are greatly expanding our Server load capabilities and making the App more efficient every day. This will get better with time, not worse :)

    We are launching an App update this week that should take care of more issues as well.

    But all that being said, I would like to help you a little further. Can you please email support@lifeprintphotos.com and we will be glad to have you send us the photo you are having issue with and we will test personally. Please let them know Robert sent you. Thanks!

    I'm having the same issue and I bought 3 printers as gifts. I hope I don't have to return them.

    Hey @shelia, just responded to you on another thread, but just to be sure you get it...

    Very sorry to hear about your trouble! If it worked on the first day, that means the image loaded to the servers correctly and it is there waiting for you to view it. Most likely the issue is a connection problem on your phone. In order to check and be sure, we'll need your username so we can take a look at your account and test your images ourselves. For privacy purposes, please don't share your username publicly on this thread. Please email support@lifeprintphotos.com and let them know you spoke with Robert about looking at your account. From there we'll take a look just to be sure.

     

    But nine times out of ten, just restarting your phone and trying again will do the trick. Especially if it worked before :)
