    Faith, this is most likely because your film has been inserted into the printer upside down. Please make sure the film is placed in with the white, blank side facing up. If you open up the printer lid and see the ZINK/Lifeprint side of the paper, this is incorrect. Film should be on the blank and white side when you open the printer lid

    Photo not printing. Paper is feeding and coming through, but blank I have made sure the paper is correct

    Hey Christine, when you open the printer lid, do you see the white blank side of the paper facing toward you, or do you see the side that says "ZINK"? 9 times out of 10 this is because the paper is inserted upside down. I see from your note that you have made sure the paper is correct, so I just wanted to double check that last piece.
